Disclaimer: At the time of your initial visit, it is crucial to note that all adjustments, including Y-strap adjustments, are determined solely by the doctor. This is done to guarantee the utmost care, proper treatment, and the safety of our valued patients. Please understand that these decisions are made with your well-being in mind. We aim to provide you with the best possible care during your time with us, and we appreciate your trust in our expertise. You will receive a refund for any treatments paid for, that are not performed at the time of your visit.
Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, please make sure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations are made within 24 hours, the full deposit amount will be forfeited. Every patient is given a 15-minute grace period. If you are late to your appointment past 15 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be rescheduled to a later date and time.

Alternatively, if you call to schedule your visit, you will be guided through the process of creating an account on our patient portal where you can access the "Documents" tab.
3. Appointment Confirmation:
Please confirm your appointment as instructed. This helps us manage our schedule and ensures that we're prepared to provide you with the best care possible. You can confirm via phone, email, or through our online booking system.
4. Proper Attire:
For your comfort and the effectiveness of your treatment, we recommend wearing gym attire. Loose-fitting clothing allows for better movement during adjustments and therapy sessions. If you're scheduled for a sport therapy treatment, please wear clothing that allows the doctor to access the targeted area for skin-on-skin therapy.
5. Arrival Time:
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork and ensure a punctual start to your appointment. This gives us ample time to address any questions you might have.
